Meet the Coach

My name is Greg, and I am a UEFA C Qualified Football Coach dedicated to helping young players develop their skills, build confidence, and foster a lifelong passion for the game.

With 8+ years of hands-on coaching experience across grassroots football, including my current role coaching a youth team at Bromley FC, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge to every training session. As an active player in semi-pro football, my coaching style is directly informed by modern, real-game scenarios, blending technical development with practical match-day insight.

Beyond the pitch, I have spent years advocating for positive change and development in youth sports at the highest levels:

The FA National Youth Council: Served as the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Lead, driving initiatives to make football accessible and inclusive for all.

Youth Sport Trust: Served on the Youth Board, participating in speeches and high-level roundtable discussions with senior officials in sports policy and government to shape the future of youth sport.

Kent FA: Currently serving on the Equality Advisory Group, continuing my commitment to governance, inclusion, and positive player environments in the local community.

Safety & Safeguarding: Player safety and welfare are top priorities. I hold an Enhanced DBS Check, valid first aid qualifications, and full safeguarding certifications.
